Day 20 - A Hobby of Yours

Does writing count? It should because it's a new hobby, I've written more this year than ever before in my life. Sure I wrote Burden last year and other random bits of things over the years (poems, short stories and bits and pieces of larger stores)  and, okay,  I wrote a "book" (I use that term very, very loosely) when I was 18, but it shouldn't really count because it's horrible and it was mainly a learning experience.

But this year I've written two fairly long stories (nearly 20K each) LOADS of drabbles and outtakes from those stories. Started another squeal that's currently at 12K and have another one that's at 6400 (it's just getting started). Plus there's another story brewing that I think will have to be epic.

So yeah, maybe writing isn't a hobby... it's an obsession.
