I really wish I could blame this all on Rae, but honestly it's my own damned fault. HA! So here, have some random as hell cracky-crack that will leave everyone but Rae scratching their head. Even Rae might be a little bit o.0

YAY!

Cameras with night vision lenses and dark cords running from them to a recording station, sound equipment and a plethora of other electronics were set up around the main floor of the Crown Arcade. Rolling with a handheld, the cameraman pointed it toward the young man that stood before him,

“We’re here in Tokyo to investigate a string of strange occurrences that have been making headlines all over Japan for quite some time, but are just now making the world news. Lately there have been many bizarre sightings all over the city.” The host was tall and muscular with short dark hair, his voice loud and sure as he spoke; his stance a little cocky.

“Ground zero for these happenings appears to be a family run arcade and café, known amongst local teenagers as ‘The Crown’. What makes this different from most of our adventures is the fact that there is no history of hauntings in the area, no past crimes or horrors, just a sudden surge in paranormal activity. Today the owner of The Crown has been kind enough to let us stay the night in the closed shop.”

“Many of the occurrences happening recently include apparitions walking the streets at night, and possessions. People going into assumed trances, they wake up miles from the last place they remember being, exhausted, and with no idea of what had happened to them for the past few hours. Many people in the area are also reporting instances of feeling weakened, as if all the energy has been taken from them. There have been a few other reports of vigilantes fighting these spirits that walk the streets, but there the evidence there is sketchy at best.”

The three young men, Zak, Nick and Aaron of Ghost Adventure fame, looked around them at the seemingly harmless arcade, and took their places.

“The manager of the arcade has reported some strange instances involving an old video game. You can see it here in the corner, the manager has mentioned voices and strange noises coming from it.”

Zak held out his EMF meter, the gauge remaining normal, with no spikes in any activity. Despite that though, he had a strange sensation running up the back of his neck.

“Hello?” he called out into the darkness. “Is there something there?”

The three men heard muffled cries, almost like feminine voices, but the words were undistinguishable.

“Did you h--” Aaron started to say but stopped short when out front of the building, there was a bright flash of light, then another; blue, green, red, and yellow, all succeeding each other.

“Jesus Christ, did you see that!” Zak cried, racing out to the front of the shop, the other two close behind.

Outside they were greeted with the single most bizarre and unexplainable thing any of them had ever seen.

Near them was a giant… thing. It looked to be part soda can and part woman, her skin silver and her hair standing in spikes. The can-thing let out a high pitched shriek and sent a jet of dark liquid squirting out from spigot in her abdomen area. The dark matter sprayed forth, but the can-thing’s aim wasn’t all that great, a bit like a hose cranked up on high with no one to hold it. The liquid was spraying parked cars and a street light, which started sizzling as if hit with acid.

However it obvious what the can-thing was really aiming for was a group of young women in insanely short skirts and incredibly impractical shoes.

“HOLY SHIT! PLEASE TELL YOU’RE GETTING THIS!” Zak screamed, whacking Nick on the arm and causing him to the jostle the camera.

This exclamation from Zak brought the three of them to the attention of the can-thing, which then turned it’s never ending spray of acid-cola on them. They all jumped apart, just managing to dodge the spray which was now eating up the sidewalk where they had been standing. The team regrouped and darted behind a car, taking refuge as the five young women distracted the can-thing again.

“I’m not sure what to say is going on here,” Zak mumbled as he watched one of the girls swing a glowing chain at the can-thing. “They appear to be vigilantes of some sort. I believe they’re young women, but there’s something… a glowing light of some kind that obscures their faces. I don’t know if they’re apparitions or not.”

The woman called out various things, but it was hard for them to understand the words, but with each cry there would be another display of some sort of power. One of the girls called down lightening, sending jolts of electricity coursing through the can-thing’s body, a few stay bolts crept out like fingers toward the car they were hiding behind and they were forced to move or get electrocuted.

The three ghost hunters moved on, crouching behind a bit of asphalt that had been torn up. Watching as another of the women sent water gushing forth, cleansing the area of the acidic sludge of the can-thing.

One of the girls, who seemed busy staring at them, tripped over a chuck of asphalt, nearly ending up with her legs covered in the acid when a man, in coattails and a top hat, swooped in and carried her to safety.

“What the fuck was that?” Zak swiveled around, looking to where the couple had stopped. Watching as man placed his hands on the woman’s shoulders and leaned in close, speaking in hushed tones. The woman nodded slowly in response.

While this was happening the other women had finally detained the can-thing, one holding it place with her glowing chains while another sent a flaming arrow toward it. One of them called out the woman who had been rescued.

“Hai!” she cried. Out of nowhere she pulled out some type of wand thing, and called forth some words the men couldn’t quite understand. She drew a circle with the wand, then a flash of light went surging from her toward the can-thing.

In a moment the can-thing went from something barely human to a poor young woman, who collapsed to the ground in a heap of exhaustion. The girl who had sent forth the light gave a woop of victory, twirling the wand in one hand.

“Please tell me you got all of that on camera?” Zak breathed.

“Yeah, but I don’t think they’re happy about it.”

The young women were marching toward them now, the one who came first was dressed in red with a pair of fuck me pumps.

Nani shiten no, bakayaro!?” She yelled at them. Another of the girls, this one taller and dressed in greens, took the camera and smashed it to the ground.

Michi ni mayou,” the one in the red heels growled at them.

“Al-alright,” Zak managed to stutter out before hightailing it the other direction, Aaron and Nick close behind.

Once the men were out of sight and all seemed safe again, the Senshi and Tuxedo Kaman all powered down.

“Mou, Rei-chan!” Usagi breathed. “Why did you have to be so mean to them? They’re from TV! Hey! I wonder if I could track them down for their autographs?”

“Usagi!!!“ Everyone cried at once.

I'm sorry, but I did nothing the entire time but snort and then laugh when I saw Rae's reaction. Priceless.
